If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any Beyont product that you have bought, you can return it and obtain a full refund within a period of 14 days of your receipt of the product. If 14 days have gone by since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
This return/refund policy is valid only to the original purchaser with a proof of purchase from an Authorized Beyont Dealer, an Amazon Store or from our website, such as a receipt, which clearly shows the purchase details. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be complete with all accessories, in the original packaging and in an ‘as new and saleable condition’.
In order to initiate the return/refund process, the Customer must first inform the team at Beyont, by sending an email to, email@example.com of the intention to return a product/s. This is necessary in order to alert the fulfilment centre of the return.

The party returning the product is responsible for the shipping cost associated with the return of the product/s. We highly recommend you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. Beyont cannot be held responsible for lost or damage during shipping.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Products with obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within one day of such approval, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on the payment method used, it may take between 3 to 5 days for the refund to reach your end.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 5 days of it being processed, please check with your, credit card company, your bank or PayPal, depending on the payment method used. The refund may be in their system, because there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
